Points négatifs: I disliked how thin the walls are. You can literally hear your next door guests talk clearly. The day we stayed their was numerous youth soccer teams staying too and they were running around being noisy and stomping on the ground, it was very noisy overall stay, do not recommend for couples or business stays. Not mention our next door neighbors were having sex all night so we couldnt rest well.

The first time we had a room at the second floor, the noise from the Casino was terrible all night. This time we asked for a room at the 6. Floor, it was a bit better but still you hear the noise all night. Points positifs: Dans lensemble, mon séjour a été super! Points positifs: Le service était bon, ainsi que le groom. La nourriture est bonne Casino. Points négatifs: They accidentally gave my room number to another couple and they walked into my room. When asked what happened all the staff said it had been an error. No other explanation or anything. Very disappointing as this is my hotel of choice in Tijuana. Points négatifs: We have been staying here for years. We know the staff and vice versa by now. But over the years te grounds of the hotel seem to be getting less and less maintained. The pool is always dirty and the grounds smell of manure? We continue to come back because of the privacy and the fast pass and great rates. But after years of staying here we will be planning our vacation elsewhere. Our kids are now at the age they want to be in the pool all time and do activities. It was something we passed off when they were younger but now literally everytime we visit the pool is green dirty and the jacuzzi never works and there is always something wrong with our room. We had to change rooms 4 times in one day due to broken toilet, broken tub, AC not working etc. Its so sad this once great hotel is taking a plunge. Points positifs: Friendly staff, clean facility, good location within walking distance of food. Points négatifs: On ne peut pas se connecter au Wifi. Pas de signal du tout.
