The decor in the room is nice, not enough electrical outlets to charge your phones or iPads Or at least in the room I was in some one didnt work, none near the bed where most people want to keep their cell phones

I was speaking to her in Spanish and out of nowhere she is talking to me in English this was just ridiculous plus I couldnt understand her English, I mean if you are gonna show off please make sure people are able to understand you, terrible experience.. To whoever is in charge make sure your staff are well introduce to different scenarios where the guest is their main priority, her job was to give us the key ask me for a credit card for any incidences and then find out with booking what happen, that way the guest goes to rest, I get sure I have something to secure the payment mean while I find what happened.

The day we stayed their was numerous youth soccer teams staying too and they were running around being noisy and stomping on the ground, it was very noisy overall stay, do not recommend for couples or business stays. Not mention our next door neighbors were having sex all night so we couldnt rest well.
